That is absolutely true. A man named Jason Allen entered a Colorado digital artwork competition with his Midjourney AI creation named ‘Theatre De Opera Spatial’ and took first prize. He wasn’t the most popular winner amongst his fellow competitors once they found out his art was actually created via an AI generator.
